Subscriptions, Automatic Payments & Cancellation

Certain products may require enrollment in a subscription plan. Subscription details, including billing frequency, pricing, and renewal terms, are disclosed prior to checkout.

By placing a subscription order, you authorize Alio Labs and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis at the billing interval disclosed, until you cancel.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next scheduled billing date. You may cancel at any time through your subscription management portal or by contacting us at support@tryaliolabs.com. Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 24 hours before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.

If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, it will not be refundable but may be eligible for return per our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or terms with advance notice, providing an opportunity to cancel before changes take effect.

Return Policy

We offer a 90-day return policy on eligible Alio Labs devices. Accessories and consumables are non-returnable once delivered. Only the most recent qualifying order is eligible for a refund under this guarantee.

To start a return, contact us at support@tryaliolabs.com. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We continuously update our product offerings. Information on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not always be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and change or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.

Contests, Sweepstakes, and Promotions

Any promotions, contests, or sweepstakes available through the Service may be governed by separate rules. Please review those rules alongside our Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between promotion rules and these Terms, the promotion rules will apply.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Except where prohibited by law, you agree that any dispute with Alio Labs will be resolved through final and binding confidential arbitration, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act (9 U.S.C. §§ 1-16). Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Dispute Resolution Procedures. Unless otherwise agreed, arbitration shall take place in the capital city of the consumer's state, or telephonically for claims under $2,500.

Reselling

Reselling Alio Labs products is restricted to authorized business websites only and must adhere to MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) guidelines. Third-party reselling on platforms such as Amazon or eBay is not permitted. Violations will result in a permanent ban from Alio Labs products and may be subject to legal action.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated with at least 30 days' notice before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after revisions take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
